Owner and operator, Missy Conley, acquired Mike & Ronda's in the fall of 2005, with a vision of continuing Flagstaff's best breakfast experience. Missy has been a member of the Mike & Ronda's team since 1991 and creates a warm and memorable dining experience with her friendly touch and extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Missy was raised in Flagstaff and graduated from Coconino High School. Not only does she love the community but she gives back and is a volunteer at SDFA Catholic School. Missy knows her customers by name and treats each patron like family.
